Any fodorites going to Venice May 23-27th?
 

Greetings fellow fodorites!<BR><BR>My Mom Dorothy and I will be taking a Mediterranean cruise from Barcelona to Venice (our China trip was postponed). We are extending our stay in Venice for 5 nights! <BR><BR>I was wondering if anyone will be in Venice those days for a fodorite get together. Please email me if interested. we'll be in Venice May 23-25..I know of a few others and we want to plan a meet and greet get together..

We'll be there on the 23rd, our last of four nights in Venice. Monica, so is Gary. How about meeting for some pre dinner something? Maybe as Gary suggested on the Rialto Bridge. How about 6 PM at the crest of the bridge. This is a crowded spot but maybe we could carry small signs &quot;FODORITES&quot;. What think you??

Peggyann, that works for me..The 23rd at 6:00 is perfect.I am easy to spot also. If that time is ok with everyone else I will suggest others to join us from the travel boards.It is a lot of fun meeting new friends and sharing travel experiences.

My husband and I will arrive in Venice mid-afternoon May 25. We'll stay for 3 nights--leaving for Siena on May 28. We would LOVE to meet up with fodorites!

Monica.. I e-mailed you a picture of Myself and also one of Mike.They were taken in Greece last October. Thanks for your help...<BR>Bootman.. Most of us will be on the tailend of our trips and I am sure fashion will not be a issue.No offense to anyone but we will all probally be starved for good conversation and the joy of sharing our travel memories..<BR>Hope you join us..

I am sorry our arrival date won't allow us to join you on the bridge. I think I'll start a similar get-together for Florence during the June 5-8 time period.

WE're going to be in Venice from 18th to 22nd May (travelling to Amalfi on 22nd). If you were re-sheduling for Peggy-Ann, I'd be interested in meeting!
