Any experiences w/ tours out of Florence
We are checking out private car tours through the Chianti region and came across Mundo Tours. They have been very helpful but are asking for the entire fee up front so we are looking for some feedback. Any recommendations of other tour companies would be welcome as well. Thanks

It sounds like the rest of us are out of your league, private car tours indeed, they cost a fortune and really are you going to see any more than doing it yourself by car or public transport, I think not. Be wary of any company asking for the fulll price up front.

Thanks Kathy,<BR><BR>It sounds extravagent but my husband doesn't want to drive over there and if we did I would be expected to know where everything is and provide down to the mile directions - this way I can actually enjoy the trip as well. It will be worth the money. We actually decided to book through our hotel in Florence and don't have to pay until then. I thought paying up front sounded a little risky. Thanks for replying though.
