Any Decent to Good Late-Night Pubs/Bars in Central London?
I may be meeting a friend that I rarely see this Friday in London, and was hoping to find a nice pub or bar where a couple of mates could good nice and drunk. Since I won't be able to get in until relatively late in the evening, was hoping for some places that would still be serving at 2am or so.
I've been out in London a lot, but the usual agenda is staying in a pub until last orders and heading off to a club to make the lady-folk happy and to mock my single friends trying to pull. But as there will be no lady-folk, was hoping for some place that serves a nice pint and maybe has a nice whisky selection, should we choose to really tie it on.

In my youth Lisle Street was famous for its shops selling all sorts of electrical/wireless goods.
Have not been there for many moons and wonder ir there is any trace of what used to be.
Ronnie Scotts was in Gerrard Street in those days and the Wiskey A Go Go was in full swing with the likes of John Mayhall and Georgie Flame. You could also have a frothy coffee in the Two I'S coffee bar or visit the Windmill theatre to feast your eyeon the delights of the exotic female form.
Thinking about it....it was a long time ago...such memories!!!

>>>
Now it's full of chinese restaurants and shops - no electrical shops.
Ronnie Scott's is in Frith St nowadays, but you can still see titties and more at The Windmill.
