Any areas in London to avoid for AirBNB?

We are planning a theater going trip to London and have booked an AirBNB .3 miles from Victoria Station. We have been to London before but we must not have gotten off the main streets because I don't remember any residential areas in that part of the city. It gets decent reviews and looks ok on Google Maps. Are there any neighborhoods you'd avoid?

It is a flat -- there are flats in every corner of the city on almost every street. There are hundreds (thousands) of apartments near Victoria station. What is the post code?

Certainly none near Victoria . . .

yes, loads of flats near Victoria and it's generally a reasonably good area to be. I'm not sure what your question really is but london is a big city and there are loads of neighborhoods to avoid just like most cities. Not worth sitting here and trying to list neighborhoods to be avoided for this or that reason (poor transport, crime, noisy and busy, just generally less pleasant, not your cup of tea, not near the attractions where you wish to spend the most time, etc, etc). Can you shape your question more precisely?
