Antica Locanda Montin - email or website?

Am helping someone find a hotel in Venice, and, after searching, only found tel & fax info. Does anyone have the hotel's email and/or site info? The only site I found to book was Venere.

Thanks!

Hi Heather. We stayed at the Locanda Montin for a week last April and loved it. As I recall, we made our reservations over the phone with someone there who spoke English.

Thank you ... I thought there might be an online option but calling is fine by me. And, thanks for posting such good info after your trip, Capo, as one of the reasons I suggested the hotel (in addition to loving Dorsoduro) is your great trip report. (Wish it were me going.)

You're very welcome, Heather. Glad you remembered the Locanda Montin from my trip posts here last year. Being a bit funky, but in an artistic way, this locanda is certainly not for everyone, but we loved it and would gladly stay there again. There's a nice breakfast included and some of the rooms look out over the Rio Eremite, which we found very picturesque. The middle room on the top floor, which we had, has no balcony and shares a bath. The two rooms flanking it both have balconies and, I believe, private baths and, because of that, are undoubtedly more expensive (ours was around 100 euros.)

Thank you, Rufus. That was the only combination of names I didn't try. Sometimes I am just so darned blonde.

Thanks for their website, Rufus. Maybe they had it up and running last year but I don't recall finding one for them at that time.
