Antibes, Nice, or Cannes? I'm looking for a sandy beach.

Cannes has the best beach in my opinion.

Cannes La Bocca (not sure of name) is tops for sand

Nice is all pebbles

the beach between Antibes and Biot (part of Biot on the sea) is also full of sand but IME not as well manicured and i think Cannes is wider - dreamier, etc.

I've not been to Cannes but for sand, Antibes beats Nice by a long shot - there is a public area and a limited access club where you can purchase a chair, umbrella, etc. for the day.

Antibes has a decent beach with a large 'free' section. And it is right next to a medieval walled city. Great place.
