Another AC Ferry Question

Thanks for all the advice to date - my trip is really shaping up! We will be in the AC area for several days in late September. I am trying to check ferry info for Sorrento-Amalfi and Sorrento-Naples and seem to find only a couple of sailings/day to Naples and not many more to Amalfi. I had expected more frequent trips - am I missing something or mis-reading it? Is there more than one company providing ferry service?
Thanks as always.

For Amalfi Coast HYDROFOIL timetables
(- Amalfi-Positano-Sorrento-Naples) see:

www.metrodelmare.com
(MM2 and MM3 services)

For Amafli Coast FERRY timetables see:

All services are weather-permitting, of course.

Hope this helps ...

Thanks, Steve, I see what the problem is - I was just looking at the hydrofoil schedules! Duh!

We are thinking of taking the ferry from Sorrento to Naples for a day trip. What could we reasonably do in about 6-7 hours?
I can walk some distances but have arthritic knees, so... are there hop-on hop-off buses, or other efficient ways of seeing the city?
We will not be spending a lot of time at the museum - will save this for the next trip. Just want to get an overview of the city and eat some good pizza!
Any suggestions welcome.
Thanks again.

There are hop-on hop-off bus tours, Conlet. Here's a link:

You may find the Naples Tourist Office website useful:

Hope this helps ...
