My pick would be Phantasialand in Brühl, near Cologne. Good range of rides and various themes - Wild West, Brandenburg Gate, Castle, Med etc.
Info at:
http://www.phantasialand.de/en/index.php3

I know Six Flags has purchased/developed several amusement facilities throughout Europe. I would check out their website at www.sixflags.com. Hope this helps!
