Hi, I wonder is someone might know if there is a Vodafone store that is the closest to the Hotel Sofitel Legend Grand on Oudezijds Voorburgwal, which is in the central area of Amsterdam? Thank you. Sue

According to google maps, there's a location at Rokin 32--a 4-minute walk from your hotel.

Remember to bring your passport with you to buy your SIM card.

You don't need a passport to buy a SIM card in the Netherlands. In any case, she already has one, if you missed the other thread on this.

You're welcome, Sue. Sorry for the misinformation; I assumed you needed a passport to by a SIM card throughout Europe.
