Amsterdam Rice table/new question

Hi, I did post this before, but would like more specifics if possible. Can anyone give me the name of a good Reistaffel near either the Rijks Museum in Amsterdam and/or the Hotel Sofitel Legend Grand on oudezijds Voorburgwal/Amsterdam. I would like to take my son to one that is particularly good. I did post this before, but not the area. Thanks. Sue

Not in that area, but Blauw was easy to get to on the tram, or with uber. https://restaurantblauw.nl/ We had a blast and it was delicious!

Sama Sebo is practically next to the museum. There is more casual Bodega part that opens earlier than the restaurant part of the same restaurant.

I have also been to Puri Mas, little further away near Leidesplein. Some what less tourists perhaps it is kind of hard to find the entrance and climb up steep stairs.

Many say these are touristy restaurants. I think they all are in Amsterdam.

I didn't care for the Blue Pepper. Too nouvelle cuisine style.

You need a reservation to get a table these restaurants unless you are there at the opening time for a dinner during less busy days.

Sari Citra is about a fifteen minute walk. The food is good and the meal for 3 was about $60. But I would not say it had great atmosphere, kind of upscale from a strip mall eatery.

Sama Sebo: don't ever go there. It's horrible.

Blauw is excellent.

Come to think of it: don't do rijsttafel, but that's me.
