Amsterdam North - any taxis at the ferry dock?

Frommers says:
"..Ferries depart from piers along De Ruyterkade behind Centraal Station. One route connects **Pier 7 and Buiksloterweg on the north shore**, with ferries every 10 to 15 minutes. A second route connects **Pier 8 and IJplein**, a more easterly point on the north shore, with ferries every 10 to 15 minutes. Both services operate round the clock.."

So - any taxi stands at either "Buiksloterweg" or "IJplein" upon disembarking? Or nearby (short walk, 5-10min max.)

If you want to go to the North Shore (WHY?) take a tram to central station, walk through the station and take the ferry.
To get to city-center simply take the tram to central station.

Actually, we want to go to the Golfbaan golfcourse, situated just the north side of A10.
We took a taxi from Leidseplein area once and it was a little expensive,b/c the driver didn't take the tunnel but went on the highway that loops around.

This time, we thought we'd try to get there by public transportation, as far as was possible, then a taxi.
So that's the underlying reason for asking about a taxi at the dock area at IJplein or Buiksloterweg.

I still need to look at the bus system to see if we could take a bus to/near the course's address at Buikslotermeerdijk 141.

This is the english site for Amsterdam public transport.:

Hop that gives you the info you need.

As far as I know on IJplein you will NOT find taxi's as it an area were people live and it is not a high class area.
Around Buikslotermeerplein (the shopping area)you will find some taxi's.
