We'll be at the Schiphol Airport for just 1 night, but I'm concerned about the hotel we stay at. I want to be sure we'll be able to get the shuttle to/from the airport without any problems since our flight will be arriving late (about 10 PM). We were really stuck once, I don't want that again! Are any of these 3 any better? Thank you!

Not on your list, but we've stayed at the Ibis a couple of times and found it more than adequate, with responsive shuttle service. Probably cheaper than the ones you listed, too.

The Ibis property is less expensive than the others, but more than adequate and for 1-nt all you need is clean linens and towels, firm mattresses, and hot water - and be able to get a bite to eat if arrive for dinner or next morning.
Suggest you contact the hotel and/or airport (their sites) and find out the hours of the shuttle service.
And, if no shuttle shows up and instead of being upset, find out how much a taxi will cost, get some money from ATM and go by taxi.

The Ibis gets my vote as well...It is actually quite nice and on my way to Greece I will get a day room there...
