Now after checking that website although modified since I was using it, doesn't that room look really nice? Certainly suitable for a family of four. Clean, well appointed, cheerful? We were just so excited and eager. If I could only show you what they gave us!!!! A dark tiny, tiny maids quarters, dusty, musty, smelly, stained, cobwebbed, broken phones, stacks linens (although clean) on the dirty floor, mattresses with wires poking against the ticking, dirty dishes, cutlery and cups, mildew, pigion feces on window sills. I have the photos!!! UNIMAGINABLE! Makes a motel 6 in a bad part of town look like the Danieli Palace. Uh I almost can not even talk about it anymore.

I must go toward the light. I am almost beyond the trauma. Buona Notte.

Since web sites are not static and frequently change, it would have been good (to print out the web site at the time you sign the contract. It may be too late now, but might be something to remember for the future or for others. When you print from Internet Explorer, normally the date is printed as well as the URL. I know it's a pain but it would also be further protection.

(I actually create PDF files using Paperport rather hard copies but not everyone has software to create the PDFs. I usually create subdirectories for each trip and store the files there along with my notes on stuff I want to see and copies of message strings from Fodor's, etc.)
