Don't they have addresses on their web site? I don't use them, but it used to be right next to the Opera Garnier, you couldn't miss it (that is near Galeries Lafayette main store).

It's at 11, Rue Scribe.

Although Robespierre answered, www.americanexpress.com has a list of all of their offices, for future reference.
