Alpi Eagles – English? Help!

I’m trying to book a flight from Venice to Athens on Alpi Eagles. I don’t speak much Italian, and you can’t get it to go to English (even though it looks like you will be able to). Couple questions … first, and most importantly, is this airline ok (is it reliable, etc.)? Second, I see after you enter your name, it asks if you want insurance – is it necessary? What does it cover? Finally, I guess I’m wondering if I should have any problems booking online (I can pretty much determine what info they’re asking for (i.e. name, credit card number, etc.)) Thanks in advance!

Jaclyn - Alpi Eagles has been around for a while so I don't see any problem re reliability.

As for insurance I guess it would cover delay, etc. Your choice ...

The insurance that EU low-budget airlines provide usually only applies to residents of those countries.

I had the same problem with AlpiEagles and accessing the English site.

You can use a translator website - I used http://babelfish.altavista.com/ and it worked great.

Also FWIW I found a better pricedflight from Venice to Naples on ALitalia. But you have to use their Italian site, prices are lower than the English one.

Again I used the translator with no problem.

Good luck

Thanks everyone. And thanks Donna, I'll check out Alitalia as well.
