Alhambra tickets question

I want to purchase morning tickets for the Alhambra through alhambratickets.com but I have a question for anyone that's been there or used this site.

When I go to purchase the ticket it's asking me to select a time from a drop down menu with 1/2 hour increments starting at 8:30am. I do want morning tickets, but is the time I choose in this menu going to be the time I'm allowed to visit The Nasrid Palaces or my arrival time to the Alhambra? Do they just assign a time for you to visit the Nasrid Palaces? I'm a little confused.

The ticket is only timed for the Nasrid Palace.

So then the time I choose from the menu, I assume, would be the time I would be admitted to the Nasrid Palaces. Right?

De acuerdo. The time on the ticket is for the Nasrid. You can enter the Generalife at tany time.

You'll be assigned a half-hour slot, but I forget if the time selected is the start or the end of that interval.

(I used the website in October -- haven't looked since.)

Basically you'll be given a half hour interval during when you can go to the Nasrid Palace.

By the way, you can use your ticket at any time for the complex.

If you've some preference for a certain order in which you visit the sights, then plan accordingly (for example, need two hours to see stuff before Nasrid Place and plan to be there at 10, then it'd make sense to ask for a ticket at 12 noon, etc. -- well as I said I forget how the half-hour interval is determined).
