Alhambra in Granada - tickets
 

The week our Madrid friend went in to get tickets through the bank, she was informed they no longer were the agent.
The Spanish tourist bureau says tickets will be available after July. We don't go until Sept, but would like to work on our schedule next week.
Any suggestions?

Thanks for the info. When I can't make things work, I never know whether I am a klutz or something else is the problem. (It is usually the former.) In this case I still cannot access the offer. I think it is because the web site offer is connected to the same bank, and therefore finito. If someone can help me bypass that block, I would be grateful.
