<BR>Am headed to Washington DC next week and am interested in good restaurants in Alexandria, Virginia. Thanks.

Hmm. I guess relegating Washington to the status of foreign country is timely. <BR>But I am not sure the Europeans want it either. <BR> <BR>I think those guys up there in what purports to be our government do seem totally estranged from, if not foreign to, the interests of the rest of the US of A. And Alexandria is within the beltway, which seems to be a moat isolating DC. <BR> <BR>Seriously, though, there is a restaurant on King St. called Henry Africa's. <BR>The last time I ate there it was good. <BR> <BR> <BR>

<BR>Bob, FYI Henry Africa closed about two years ago and is now some kind of microbrewery. Robin, I will try to email you a list of restaurants in Old Town.
