Airport transfer to Budapest

In March, my parents are visiting Budapest. This is the first stop of a typical central European tour (Budapest-Vienna-Prague) .

I would like to pre book and pay for everything (such as hotel, transfer, train etc).
I need advice about transfer, which I can pre book and pay.

What is your recommendations?

Thank you

The taxi ride between central Budapest and the airport is pretty easy. The airport itself is compact and not daunting. There is a train into the city but it should only be considered by the hardy.
For booking a car and paying in advance, you could ask for help from the hotel you are reserving.

I have used a private car service to transfer to the airport. I arranged for the transport from the US but I didn't try to pay beforehand but that may be arranged.
I will give you the man's name and his email. I found him to be very dependable and would not hesitate to use him again.
Alajos Pulai. [email protected].
He will meet and greet you at the airport.

Another option would be to ask the hotel to book the taxi. They will have an exact price and a taxi company they work with. We did that and it works well!

I asked offer for a trip to Budapest- Vienna on www.paytaxionline.com.
From the airport to the hotel and a few days later from the hotel to Vienna will be total $ 225.
If my parents go by train to Vienna:
from the airport to the hotel ( $27 )+ from the hotel to the station ( ~$20 )+ train ticket for two ( $75 )+ from station to the hotel in Vienna ( ~$20 ) is about $ 150.
There is not much difference and not have to carry the heavy suitcases.
I think that will choose this.
Fortunately Vienna and Prague can be pre-pay the Transfer.
Soon the program will be complete.

Well, it ended the way, my parents back home.
Was a great experience, Europe is fantastic.
The pre-paid services has worked very well everywhere.
The taxi driver was waiting for them at the airport, took them to the hotel and took them five days later to Vienna. The paytaxionline.com is absolutely recommended.
(end of April start a Hydrofoil line to Vienna, allegedly a beautiful way).
Thanks for helping.
