A taxi, for about 50€.

Several shuttle services will take you door to door for 12-18€.

If you don't want to spend that kind of money, for 8€ you can take RER B to St-Michel Notre Dame and change to RER C to Invalides or Champ de Mars-Tour Eiffel station. This is not easy to do if you have a lot of luggage to deal with, but it's not impossible, either. To me, the money saved is worth the effort.

There's also the Roissybus that takes you to Opéra, where you can walk to the other end of the block and board a N° 42 bus straight to the Eiffel Tower. This is a little easier as it doesn't involve schlepping luggage up and down stairs. Here's a map of the area showing Roissybus and N° 42:

A taxi is the easiest way, will cost 40-50€ on average.
Next is a shuttle service, for 18€ pp, each way, on average.
After that, you will be transferring within Paris (ex. RER, then metro or Air France bus then taxi..)

Regarding the 42 bus, for Invalides get off at the Champ de Mars stop and board the 69.

If your destination is in the area between the Eiffel Tower and Invalides, get off the N° 42 at Alma-Marceau and board a N° 80 or 92 as shown here:
