Airport Shuttle HELP
 
I’ve made a reservation with Airport Shuttle only to find out today that they already charged my credit card! They have sent me nothing with regards to confirming pickup times (to and from the airport)… instructions on what to do upon arrival at the airport. All I received was a fax with a stamp on it that said “confirmed” and an approval number next to my Credit Card number. NOTHING ELSE. <BR> <BR>Is this normal for them? Has anyone else experienced this? When I email them my questions/concerns… they don’t answer my questions. They just keep saying I’ve been confirmed…. What do I do??? <BR>

Nina is referring to Paris [or so I deduce from another thread:)] My question is which of the two shuttle companies is this? I've used the one listed on the paris-anglo site with no problems. I can't remember if I gave a credit card, but I know I paid the driver.

In Paris, oops, i forgot to mention that. And S. Fowler - it is the same company on Paris-Anglo. "Airport Shuttle"

I would email them then and ask that they take the charge off - that you will pay the driver. I haven't accessed their page in a while so I forget the information they request and the policy -- but I would double-check the form you filled out too. This should be fixable.

Charge appeared on my credit card immediately too but I did receive the following confirmation email and had no problems when we arrived. <BR> <BR>"Hello! Thanks for your email and for your interest in our service. <BR> <BR>We confirm your reservation according to the info you provided us with. <BR>ARRIVAL in Paris on : August 26 <BR>The total price for all your confirmed transfers is : 178 FF <BR>Payement : cc <BR> <BR> <BR> ***IMPORTANT*** <BR> <BR> - UPON ARRIVAL, BEFORE COLLECTING YOUR LUGGAGE, YOU MUST CALL US ON THE FOLLOWING TOLL FREE NUMBER : 0-800-505-610 (no <BR>coins or phone card needed!) This should be done on a payphone as we have set up a caller-id system allowing us to instantly <BR>locate the terminal you are in. We can then send your driver to the designated exit door for that terminal. <BR> <BR>When you call, we will tell you where our driver will pick you up. Calling before you get your luggage gives him time to get <BR>to the pick-up point by the time you go through customs, and lets us know that you have arrived..
