Airport Security Solution!
I received this and thought hilarious..had it post it!
This is one of the better, if not the best, solution to airport security that I’ve have heard. Think it might work? The Airport Solution - It's such a simple solution to a problem! Here's a solution to all the controversy over full-body scanners at the airports. Have a booth that you can step into that will not X-ray you, but will detonate any explosive device you may have on you. It would be a win-win for everyone, and there would be none of this crap about racial profiling and this method would eliminate a long and expensive trial. Justice would be quick and swift. Case closed! This is so simple that it's brilliant. I can see it now: you're in the airport terminal and you hear a muffled explosion. Shortly thereafter an announcement comes over the PA system, "Attention standby passengers we now have a seat available on flight number..." Works for me |
Sounds like a great idea to me!

So good. Thanks for posting. How has this not been thought of before?

Just a couple of thoughts:
Who is going to invent this magical device? (many devices terrorists attempt to use are in separate parts and require a specific action to ignite) How big will these explosions be? How many passengers will be killed and maimed? And how much damage will they do to the airport? (This strikes me as being like the idiotic "solution" to anthrax attacks in which people were advised to wrap their houses in various substances to prevent movement of any air in or out - thus handily asphyxiating themselves with no effort required on the part of the terrorists.) |
Very, very funny. I love it.
Thanks. DaveMM |
nytraveler,
I think this was meant as only pure humor! Joan |
Given SOME of the TSA "personnel" and their supposed "technology" it seems much more likely that the "muffled explosion" would end up happening at some airport such as Dulles and the result would be major damage to all the runways because somebody forgot to close the back door of the "sealed container."

Funny...both gracejoan and Dukey!
|
yes, I think we could all add some additional to this humor!
