airport hold baggage
 
im flying in to athens and possibly in to Rome from there-Is there any rental luggage space at the airport in Athens that will hold your luggage for a few days? I am coming right back in 4 days and did not want to pay for luggage to go under the plane.I will not need it until i return to athens :) Please advise. Im new at this and have the butterflys big time-thanks so much susan

Yes. Pacific Travel has a "Left Luggage" dropoff desk in the Arrivals Hall next to exit/entry door #1

Who is your carrier? If it is Alitalia, there is no charge for the first bag http://www.alitalia.com/us_en/Inform...are/index.html. Leaving luggage makes sense for the reason of traveling light.

Your hotel may be willing to hold your luggage for a few days for a small fee.

US Airways is my carrier into Athens. I have decided no Rome for this trip but will probably fly to Mykonos instead! 'Thanks all! I will look into luggage storage
