Airlines to Moscow

Anyone know who flies from USA to Moscow, other than Interflot?

marty Mar 19th, 2002 12:36 PM

I flew Delta to Moscow in June 2001.

It's "Aeroflot".

As Marty pointed out, Delta is one (the only direct JFK-Moscow flight besides Aeroflot). From where are you flying? Most of the European airlines fly through their hub with connections to Moscow--British Airways, Air France, Lufthansa, SAS, Finnair, CSA, and others.

MDM, thanks; of course, it's Aeroflot! Senior moment!
I'm not one going; inquiring for colleague at work who doesn't use internet. He'd like to use American Airlines, but perhaps that is not possible.
Thank you.

Sue-Flew JFK/Helsinki/Moscow last year via Finnair. Flight was quiet, service and crew 1st rate. One long flight, however, with barely a stop in Helsinki. Wouldn't hesitate to fly Finnair again should we need to.

Sue, I think you combined "Intourist" (the old Soviet travel monopoly) with "Aeroflot". More than understandable! American does not fly to Moscow, but their code share airlines do.

MDM, yep, that's what I did, but did not want to write my own "excuse"! Tnx!
Thank you, all, for the info!
