airline tickets.
Can anyone advise me on where we can purchase multiple city tickets? I looked at some web sites and prices seemed high. Would it be better to call the airlines directly?
(I am planing to go to Turkey to visit my family late May and going to Paris/France to meet with my husband and return to USA with him by mid June.) Thanks in advance for any replies. |
Go to the airlines' web sites and select the "Multi City" option.
You may need to select one carrier to and from Europe and use a discount carrier or railroad between Turkey and France. Keith |
The cheapest tickets are usually direct from the airline because you don't pay processing fees. If one airline services all your stops, go to them by phone or online. Use websites like travelocity & orbitz to find out who services the routes you're interested in. For the discount airlines intereurope try applefares.net

Hi,
I have had good luck with discount air fares at http://airtravelcenter.com/onetrav.htm. I think that you will see a decrease in fares next month. It's still a little early for late May. |
pongised....here are a couple of scenes. But you did not say where you are beginning your journey. These 2 are both based out of NYC.
1.Delta to Istanbul, AirFrance to Paris and Delta back to NYC.The fare is a New York to Istanbul round trip that allows a stopover in Paris for $50.00.Total is $1,294.00(just under). 2.British Airways Newark to Istanbul via London,Istanbul to Paris via London(overnight London) and then Paris to Newark via London.Total just under $680.00.There is a variety of reasonable accomodations at London Heathrow Airport. I hope you find this info useful.....S |
Thanks to everyone who answered my questions. I will be travelling from Columbus Ohio (CMH).
