highly unlikely that you will find any good bargain unless it is linked in some way to your trans-atlantic travel (assuming that you're traveling trans-atlantic). I have no idea what their fares are, but I'd suspect it would be Air France. I doubt very many carriers service Tours, and Air France is very reasonable within Europe anyway, should be $100-150 probably. I've taken AF paris-Vienna and Paris-Prague and they were very cheap.

I have to disagree with Christina. I just checked into flights for January from Paris to Vienna and Air France quoted me $520. You might check your US-Europe carrier because you could use frequent flier miles if they have a European partner. (This is what I'll be doing with Delta/Air France so I'll need only 25,000 to go Paris-Vienna)
