Yeah, seriously. Why bother with the hassle of getting to the airport, getting through security, waiting for your bags, etc..when you can just hop on a train and be there in 2 1/2 hours, and it would be so much cheaper?

Lowest fare I can see in July is £21.94 one way for a 6:00am flight on the 12th - plus travel to Luton & travel from CDG giving a total price of around $100

However you'd be typically paying £50 for the flight - but it can be far higher. On the 1st for example you could be paying £100 with Easyjet or £150 with BA

HOWEVER even for the British you can get return Eurostar tickets in July for £59

Oooops, yes, I forgot Luton is really far , not worth the hassle (economically) :)

flew bmi from paris to london last year for under $100.00. btw, bmi flies from CDG to LHR.

BMI quit that route a few months ago.

If price is most significant, remember you can get from Luton airport to central London for as little as 2 pounds with EasyBus, although I don't know how long it takes.
