Air France tickets

I don't know if this will help others, but I just purchased my tickets for France for May and got a good price (I hope) of $552.08. Last week when I checked out the prices, I was quoted $668. This is for a trip from Dulles Intl. to Paris. This lower rate will be good through the 14th of Feb, I believe. If someone finds a better price, don't tell me! :)

Just a warning...I've flown Air France a couple of times because they were the least expensive....They really really blow! They lost my bags both times and kept me waiting for 8 hours in Frankfurt! So be careful...try to carry on rather than check! Have fun!

I've flown on A.F. 3 times and enjoyed the flights. No problems at all except for the lack of leg room. Plus I always take carry-on only, so no lost luggage.

I flown Air France twice and they were fine, Monica. Once with carry on and once with checked luggage. Too bad I am not going to France instead of Italy. I think the fare is very good.

Just flew Air France yesterday and must warn you to be at the airport in France very early. We arrived 2 hours before our flight and the check-in line was unbelievable. By the time we got to the desk, they had overbooked the flight and we were bumped along with at least 12 others. Reserved seating and calling to confirm flights do NOT guarantee anything on this airline. We were bumped to the next flight (6 hours later - we could have enjoyed another day in Paris) and my vegetarian meal request was not transferred so I was forced to pick at the regular meal (yuck!)
