Hi im,

Have you considered calling Air France?

Try www.airfrance.com

Perhaps, Ira, you can find a specific page on that website, but I had to e-mail Air France a few months back for the checked baggage limits for USA to CDG.

Carry on: "Quantité: 1 bagage + 1 accessoire de type sac à main, ordinateur portable, appareil-photo.
Poids total: 12 kg maximum
Dimensions : 115 cm (largeur + longueur + hauteur = 115 cm).
Ces dimensions incluent les roues et les poignées."

That's one bag plus one other piece such as a purse, laptop, or camera bag; 12 kg maximum weight, total dimensions not to exceed 115 cm, including wheels and handles.

Ooops. I meant to mention that I couldn't find anything on their web site about the size and weight of checked baggage.

Ummmmmmmm....

If you go to www.airfrance.com and click "contact us" at the bottom of the page, you will be directed to a US 800 number.

You might wish to consider that rather old and obsolete method of communication. :)

Ira, I didn't realize people still used telephones. #o

They don't, Anselm...they get all their information from message boards these days apparently.
