I didn't mean to suggest they try to get higher prices for the seats.

But I'd be upset too, since these were not last minute tickets.

If I wait till last minute, I take what I can get, be it theater tickets, or plane tickets.

I too would be interested in different airlines percentages of bumped and cancelled flights.
