No but I checked the website.
As you may be aware that region of the Crete Senesi is known for its remoteness, openness and bareness.
I thought the estimates of driving times to various destinations were a tad Utopian: Trust me, NOTHING is 15 minutes from Montepulciano except Montepulciano.

Actually, I have stayed in this location, or very, very near it. Between Pienza and San Quirico d'Orcia isn't the Crete Senese, but the lovely Val d'Orcia. This is a great location and a very pretty area, although I do not know this agriturismo, but judging from the map on their website, it is a fine location.

I guess I was misled by their website, whose homepage proclaims:
"Sulle colline di Pienza, a soli 4 chilometri dalla cittadina, percorrendo una strada che si snoda tra le caratteristiche "crete senesi", si arriva su un poggetto panoramico dove sorge la nostra "Cretaiole" ..."
I.e. "...travelling by a road that winds amond the characteristic "crete senesi" (clay hills), you arrive on a panoramic hilltop, crowned by our Cretaiole"
