Affordable Tours vs. Pavlus

I have used Pavlus before to book a river cruise and Globus and Insight tours because they discount. Their customer service is almost non-existent now. I can NEVER get anyone on the phone and the call back and emails can take a week for a response. I called Affordable Tours and they discount too. I am planning to use them because the customer service was quick and efficient. Has anyone used them?

Have you ever booked with the cruise company directly?

Also, vacationstogo books river cruises. I have not booked river cruises through them, but have booked at least a half dozen or more ocean cruises with them and felt the service was good and so were prices. While they can offer advice, I think it is best, that you know what cruise you want before booking with them and that you look at deck plans before hand and kind of know what ships and which cabins you might prefer. I often book directly with the cruise line, but if I do not, this is the company I always use.

I'm using Affordable Tours to book 2 Globus land Tours not a cruise. Crucon is my "go to" for best pricing for cruises. (They are a re-seller). I'm just inquiring about Affordable Tours and customer satisfaction.
