"Straight from Delta (who has changed our flights 2x in 3 months)....they said they only call those whose flights are imminent (meaning in the next week or under) because in all actuality if your flight is Sept/Oct chances are it will change again. So don't count on a call until it's a week before travel."

I received an e-mail this week from Delta about a change in my September itinerary. The only problem was I lost my good seat assignment on one of the flights because I picked up my e-mail a day after they sent the notice so other passengers had already selected their seats.
