Do you know of a small hotel or B&B near the Munich airport? We just need a clean room for 1 night before flying home on Sept 6th. We have a special place in Frankfurt, but none in Munich. Price around 80-100 dollars.

Have you tried Priceline. Looks like the Airport Marriott 4* is going for around $80 per night. With taxes/fees, should run you around $92.00.

The Marriott at MUC is located a couple of miles away from the actual airport but it has a shuttle service (for a fee).

If you go onto the Marriott website, it'll cost you 194 Euro per night. If you are familiar with how to bid on priceline, that'll be your best bet.

Budman, I tried priceline today, we will not need the room until Sept 5,th.
They refused my offer today.
Should I try closer to that date?

I bid for a room in Zurich several months out.

Just figure out what your maximum is and try later. What time is your flight? You might even look for other alternatives.
