Advice on making reservations in Tuscany

I am trying to make a reservation with Villa Vignaggio for next summer. I have emailed, faxed and call them, but I am not getting any response. Does anyone know if they may be closed during the holidays? Any advice on how to set up reservations at Villa Vignaggio?

Last November we made our reservations by email to [email protected] . We then asked for a fax confirming the reservation. The fax number was
011 39 05 58544468. Keep trying, it's worth it.

Thanks. I used another email address that I got off their web site. I'll give yours a try to see if I have any better luck.

Faye, I am having the same problems. If you have any luck, please let me know, and I will do the same.

I did get a response back via email. It took more than a week. Their email address is [email protected]
Good Luck Meg, and keep trying!

I had the same problem but they did evenually respond about 3-4 weeks after I initially contacted them. They have recently launched a new and improved website so if you can email from there that might work.

I tried to e-mail them from their web site this morning and it did not go through.

I will try the agriturismo address and see what happens. Thanks!
