Advice on Last Leg of Trip

I'm traveling to Europe for three weeks (late December to mid January) and am looking on advice on where to go for the last leg of my journey.

I'll have already been to Amsterdam > Prague > Berlin. I'll be leaving Berlin on the 5th and would like to make it back to Prague on the 11th to be sure I'm there for my flight on the 13th (I am going to Prague second to meet some people for NYE which came up after I had booked my flights).

Can anyone give me some advice on where to head after Berlin? I was thinking fly to Barcelona > fly to Milan > fly back to Prague. I just wonder whether it will be worth it to spend two full days in Barcelona and Milan rather than five full days in one destination.

I am also net set on the last two destinations (Barcelona and Milan), I'm open to anything.

Thanks in advance for any advice.

I think I'd want to get somewhere a bit warmer than Milan in January after those first 3. Marrakech or the Canary Islands (haven't been there but it sounds warmer). I love Marrakesh any time. http://www.whichbudget.com

Barcelona would be my choice over Milan every time. It won't be warm there either, but the City is fantastic and well worth seeing. If you want warmer weather, then think about the Costa del Sol, staying at Marbella or Malaga, the latter giving you the chance to see the Alhambra in Granada.

If you want someplace a bit warmer, follow Rubicund's advice and go to Andalucia. Visit Malaga, Seville and Granada. If you want someplace wonderful, go to Paris.

Thanks for the advice everyone!

The cold does not bother me. I'm from Chicago and it gets very cold here.

After doing a bit more research I'm thinking I definitely want to go to Barcelona. Can anyone recommend a nice one or two day stop in between Barcelona and Prague?
