Advice needed on when/if to make restaurant reservations in Tuscany.

Our trip to Tuscany is 2 months away....
do we need to make restaurant reservations? If so, when?

Are lunch reservations necessary?

Here's the rough draft of the restaurants we are considering:

Grappolo Blu
Taverna Frattoria Barbi
Taverna di Moranda
Il Pino
Osteria dell'Aquacheta
La Porta

Thank you.

It just dropped into my slow brain your name is "adventureseeker" and you are booking restaurants 8 weeks out. Irony is not dead

Hi a,

If it is a place that you really want to eat at, I suggest reservations a week ahead.

If these are really popular place, eg, El Bulli, a year ahead.

If these are local spots, the day before.
