Venice B&B

Anyone heard about this before? Acquavira B&B. Rates are cheap so I was just wondering. I was looking for something for 4 of us in Venice.

have you checked reviews on tripadvisor.com or entered the hotel name in the search field of this website?

Location, location, location!

I haven't heard about, much less stayed at, the B&B, but the prices are probably low because it's a bit of a walk - or vaporetto ride - from the center.

The advantage is that you would be in the Venetians' Venice, with relatively few tourists around; the disadvantage is that there probably wouldn't be too many restaurants near by.

I think it's cheap because it has a shared bathroom. Venice is rather small, so location isn't that big of an issue (as long as it's on Venice proper, which it is, and not lido, etc.).

If you are still looking for an apartment, check out the Residence Corte Grimani. We are staying there in August, but kopp just returned from there and said it was outstanding.
