advice - fastest drive from Lauterbrunnen to CT

Jump to last reply

I am planning a 19 day trip to Italy and Switzerland in September 2016 for myself and husband plus several other couples who will be meeting us along the way. We plan to drive from Varenna, Italy to Lauterbrunnen, Switerzland in one day then stay in Lauterbrunnen for 3 days. Then we plan to drive to Monterosso in CT to meet up with some friends and stay for a couple of days. My question is what is the quickest, easiest driving route to get to CT? I know it will be a long drive but we are ok with it. Any suggestions on where to stop along the way to get a bite to eat or just stretch our legs? Thanks
