Here's a heretical thought - drop skye or drop london.

your trip is all over the place, and you will spend a LOT of time in airports, buses and cars.

your trip is not short of capital cities, and if you freed up the time you've got for London, you could spend longer on Skye [no point in going if you're not actually going to spend some time there] and then fly from E'burgh to Amsterdam. and london will suck up your time in getting to and from the airport, finding your accommodation, etc. etc.

alternatively, drop Skye, spend longer in and around Edinburgh, and then proceed as planned.

sorry, but you can't have it all.

"its all my friends first time traveling except one, and they want nothing to do with the planning lol, just the going. Its all on me."

This is another issue - you're taking on a huge responsibility making transport and hotel arrangements for your friends. The first time someone has a problem with the amount of time in the car, the lack of time to sightsee, the cost of the hotel, etc, they are going to blame YOU. I would atleast provide them with the itinerary and get a group agreement beforehand.

The link I provided for Hostelworld Review of YHA Oxford St is actually for YHA Oxford (the city). Here's the correct link:

I also agree with txgirlinbda and skyking: it's a bad idea to do all the planning without consulting your friends. People who leave all the trip planning to others are rarely satisfied with the outcome, and you are setting yourself up for criticism if you don't solicit their input. Not fair to you since you did all the work and they were unwilling to take on the responsibility, but that's how it goes. And the more people in your group, the greater the likelihood of divergent interests and discord. For example, you liked the fairy pools, but they may not think it's worth a 13-hour car trip.

You can't force your friends to be actively involved in the trip planning, but at least show them your plans as suggested above, and see what they think. Good luck to you.
