Acropolis Free on Sundays?

I read someplace (can't remember where) that The Agora and Acropolis were free on Sundays. Does anyone know if that's true?

I believe all the historic sites are free on Sundays. It is important to remember that for the most part they are also closed on Mondays.
We are planning on visiting the Acropolis a week today ( Sunday ) and I am counting on it being free. If it isn't I'll let you know.

Hello everyone,
I've just discovered this forum and I am already in love with it!
I'll be visiting Greece for the first time in Spetember and I've been gathering information about every place I intend to visit.
This is what I found out about the free admission to Acropolis.
Days of free admission for all visitors:
-Sundays in the periods between 1 November and 31 March
-the first Sunday of every month, except for July, August and September
-national holidays
-6 March
-18 April
-18 May
-5 June
-the last weekend of September every year.
Hope it still helps!

If you do a search of Socrates (and click-on 'Greece') it will bring up a trip report I wrote on the location of 'Socrates' Prison and Cell' in the Agora which might interest you.
Also I just read last week the National Archaeological Museum is completely open (I guess they still had a couple of rooms closed-off since it reopened).
Regards, Walter
