Accurate maps
I will be travelling to Europe and plan to visit some major cities. Where can I get some maps of public transport systems that are easy to use and accurate?!
|
Maybe from each place when you buy the tickets or pass that you will use...
If we knew 'where', we could give some online websites to help with pre-planning. Ex. Paris: http://www.ratp.com/ Rome: http://www.atac.roma.it/ |
I've had good luck with www.subwaynavigator.com. In addition to maps, it has links to the web sites of the local transportation authorities.

Cabopino,
If you have a PDA, try this link http://nanika.net/metro/ We used it last year in Paris, Amsterdam and Rome and found it very handy. I might add, it isn't limited to those cities, HTH K |
