Accomodation in Venice - Please Help!!

Hi,

I am looking for a hotel for 2 nights in Venice in October.

Can anyone recommend anything for less than 100 euros a night?

Thanks!!

I'd suggest the website www.venere.com - you can put in your pricepoint and it will pull up what is available. There are reviews as well to help you choose.

Have a look at Hotel Au do Mori, 20 paces from San Marco Square, lovely rooms, staff, very quiet, 75euros a single in June'10.
Great website with lots of information

Al Campaniel should be under 100 Euro.

Al Campaniel is well located and easy to find. I've not stayed there. The chocolate shop opposite can destroy many good weight loss intentions.

We stayed at the Ai do Mori three years ago for six nights, and liked it.

Thanks for all you help!

I can get Al Campaniel for 70 euros or Ai do Mori for 90

Does anyone know if one is better than the other?

Thanks

I have stayed several times at Al Campaniel. less than 5 min from the Vap. Stop San Toma, near enough to everything yet your not swamped with the mobs, it offers simple clean rooms, acceptable breakfast and great customer service.
Once I had to catch a 5am train when I opened my door to leave having checked out the night before there was a travel basket of early am goodies for the train. Nice people. I know nothing about the Ai Do Mori.

I'd take Al Campaniel
