Accomodation in Paris
We are an old age couple and will be visiting Paris in June 2013. We find that Hotels during 14th to 16th June have become very expensive and are not getting near Gare Du Lyon or Gare Du Nord.
We have to catch TGV at 8:11 in the morning on 16th June from Gare Du Lyon. Can any one suggest a budget accommodation at Paris at convenient location from where we can walk to nearest Metro and then catch train at Gare Du Lyon.
Our budget is around 100-120 Euro a day. Hostel accommodation will also be acceptable if it has a private double bedroom.

Check out http://www.cross-pollinate.com/ - it's a site that books apartments and guest houses in Italy and a few other European cities such as Paris. I have used them a few times in the past. I was recently looking at Paris accommodations myself, actually, and peeked at some possibilities on this site. Nothing was available for me in a great location, but I think there may be a couple near Gare du Lyon - you can see on the map they provide where places are relative to the train stations and other landmarks.

Paris has an excellent and relatively inexpensive public transportation network. I would not necessarily insist on staying near Gare du Lyon or Gare du Nord; anywhere within the 20 arrondissements can work for you.
Your budget is modest but can be achieved. These hotels are within you budget window and should have availability if you reserve quickly:

Look at the Accor hotel chain, with many locations in Paris at many price points. www.accorhotels.com
A place near a Metro station will give you access to public transport to the airport. A taxi might be easiest if you face challenges with luggage and Metro stairs. What you save on a hotel a little further out of the centre should more than compensate for the cab fare.
