Accomodation in Amsterdam

I have a nice room for rent in my house in Amsterdam.
It's comfortable and clean. It's located 10 minutes by bike from the Dam Square.
The price is 45 euros for 2, 60 for 3, and 70 for 4 people.
I also have friends that would be glad to have you at their houses!
Just ask.

Do you have a special off-season (November) price for a single, based on several day stay? Where is it exactly - i much prefer to be in a real Amsterdam neighborhood than in the center of town - i stayed in a B&B near RAI two years ago and loved it - last year i stayed at San Luchesio, a monastery right by Vondel Park that last year started taking paying guests - the location was great and price (35 euro with all-you-can-eat breakfast) was great, shower in room but no TV. Do your rooms have TV - cable? I want CNN or BBC news.

hi Pal,
not sure if you'll read this since it's been a few days since you're last post but can you give me more details about this place? I booked a double room there for sept 14th and am wondering how the place is - not many reviews out there. thanks!

San Luchesio was a wonderfully clean, safe and friendly place - only reason i may not go there again is no TV - no CNN or BBC news - in summer i'd be out walking at night but i often go in fall when weather can be funky. But i give nothing but plaudits for the brothers than run the inn - very quiet - great neighborhood and outstanding prices - great location by southern end of Vondel Park - posh part of town.

TTT - In case anyone's interested in truly budget lodging in Amsterdam and alternatives to high-priced hotels. The Formule 1 hotel outside of Amsterdam is also a steal for modern rooms for about 35 euros, that sleep three i believe )www.accorhotels.com)
