Accommodation Near To The Eden Project

We would be most grateful for recommendations for a place to stay, the best village, restaurant and other highlights near to the Eden Project ? Thank you.

It is near the Cornwall south coast so you have almost limitless options. St Austell is the nearest large-ish town.

Mid-August and I guess we will have to pay the summer premium - no budget really.

You won't be too far from Padstow, where celebrity chef Rick Stein has a restaurant. Last time there, we stayed in the Metropole, which was OK.

We have Rick Stein in Australia too I was really hoping to find somewhere nice to stay a little closer to the Eden Project in the South of Cornwall.

Try:

or a little more expensive

I've stayed at the Carlyon Bay and it was excellent.

try Charlestown. not much to it except a few hotels and restaurants but a great little harbour and not far from the Eden Project. we stayed at the pier house hotel a few years ago and I see it still gets good reviews on booking.com
