Accommodation in Barcelona
 

I will be in Barcelona for about 5 days in November and I would love some recommendations on hotels/area to stay in. As it's been 40 years since I was last there so it will be very different now

I am a lady in her 60's traveling alone so want an area that I will feel comfortable walking around at night. I will not have a car so it needs to be accessible to public transport. A 3 star hotel should be fine and I prefer something that is small, perhaps family run, which has some charm and character.
