A recommended bodega tour in Jerez?
Which bodega do you recommend to tour in Jerez de la Frontera? We prefer an authentic bodega with atmosphere. We like to visit a bodega with drunken mice running between the casks. Thank you for your tips.

Not sure what you mean by "authentic with atmosphere" and "drunken mice" together, but it sounds like you want to visit the Bodegas Gonzalez Byass, otherwise known as "Tio Pepe", of inebriated mice fame, the only one of which features them with the ladders and the catavino, etc.

Thank you for the tip. I like Tio Pepe very much, also Don Zoilo and La Ina. I have visited their website and it looks promising.

Domenic (La Ina) is very good for a visit. If you have a chance, visit the bodega Terry in Puerto de Santa Maria. They have/had stables with their horses and carriages. Check before you visit and they'll set up a good visit.

I had a wonderful time at the Sandemans bodega. their Medium dry sherry is my favorite.

I also thought the Sandeman bodegas were worth visiting. Nice gift shop, too! (Great sherry vinegar)
