A new book on France

This book looks like an exciting read.
I've read several other reviews praising it.

I thought it looked interest as well and ordered it, expecting to get it in the mail tomorrow. I'll share my two cents on it once I've read it.

Another good review, love the opening quote.

I'll have to get, it looks interesting. I am just finishing up "The Sharper Your Knife, The Less You Cry" http://tinyurl.com/33zf6s
I don't know what is wrong with me, my next trip is Italy and yet I can't get enough of France.

I'll have to add both of these books to my library. They are exactly my kind of read. Thanks for the tip!

Thanks for pointing us to yet another wondeful read Cigalechanta!
I have just picked up a copy of Lisa Hilton's book "Athenais - The Real Queen of France", on a book sale (published 2002) and am taking it with me on our Christmas vacation. ( no TV, no radio, only wild animals, birds and dense bush! )
