Do the Thistle Hotels really have the reputation for serving &quot;fantastic&quot; meals?

but it may work for some.....

The choice of shows is not awe inspiring!

Now that some of us have carped on the amenities :) the 99 pounds per night for the room does seem like a decent deal, but I haven't checked the hotel reviews at tripadvisor
The shows are all available at the discount ticket booth anyway, I believe
